Tad expensive but the quality of food is very good and the atmosphere and buzz in the restaurant is very pleasant.

Normally happy with the food here but my visit on Sunday 2nd March was not good. Everything looked like it had been sat on a hotplate for far too long. The chips were dried up, the gammon was hard and dry, even the black pudding and tomato were dried out. Very disappointing. It was full of kids, being the end if the half term holidays, so they were busy, but that is no excuse.

Generally the staff was friendly and the atmosphere good. The place was busy which might explain why the food took a bit long.

Visited with 5 friends on a busy Friday evening. Staff were friendly but seemed overrun. Service was quite slow, but the food was good.

We visited on thursday evening and our waitress Katie was fantastic taking special care over allergies as my daughter has a nut allergy. Helpful and friendly and really made us welcome. Will visit again

Clean and tidy restaurant , bar staff friendly enough , waitress ok , marked down to 3 star due to having to wait 30 minutes for my food after eating my salad ?? which is ok and not a problem , but when food came , it looked great , but when I tucked in , it was all fairly luke warm at best ??
I complained , and they took the whole meal away , and replaced it with a fresh and piping hot meal , which looked as good and tasted amazing 🤩
All in all pretty decent , I love the harvester , and it won’t stop me from going back again 👍

Went on Wednesday didn't book but we could eat in bar area which I was fine with , ordered drinks and food at bar, went to the salad bar and wow , absolutely nothing there only scraps of everything, their was a few people complaining in front of us, and Fairplay the chef came out to try and sort it out ,but it's not his job with the amount of staff they had on this should be checked on a. Regular basis ,will not be returning had to wait a while for it all to be filled up , staff are not checking the salad bar at all really disappointed especially when staff are having a full blown conversation with each other behind bar 😡 sort it out !!
